The Rules for Using StudyAny

By creating an account, booking or delivering sessions, or otherwise using StudyAny, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using StudyAny on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any age requirements applicable where you live. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

StudyAny connects learners and experts. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, StudyAny is not a party to the contract between learners and experts. Experts are independent providers responsible for the quality and legality of their services.

• Pricing and Fees: Session prices are set by experts. StudyAny may charge platform or processing fees, disclosed at checkout.
• Payments: Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors. You authorize charges for booked sessions and applicable taxes.
• Cancellations/Refunds: Policies may vary by session or expert and are shown at booking. Where permitted, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
• Disputes: Report issues promptly. StudyAny may mediate disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to resolve every claim.

You agree not to misuse StudyAny. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against others.
• Uploading malicious code or disrupting platform security.
• Circumventing fees, ratings, or integrity mechanisms.
• Using StudyAny to share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant StudyAny a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service. Do not post content you do not have rights to share.

StudyAny trademarks, branding, and platform materials are owned by StudyAny or its licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.

StudyAny may integrate third-party tools (e.g., video, payments, analytics). Those services are provided by their respective owners under their own terms and privacy policies.

StudyAny is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy or completeness of any content or expertise provided by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyAny and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. In jurisdictions where limitations are restricted, liability will be limited to the greatest extent allowed and capped at the amounts you paid to StudyAny for services in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify StudyAny and its affiliates against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using StudyAny at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or risk the safety, security, or integrity of the platform or community. Certain provisions (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) survive termination.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Updated terms take effect when posted unless otherwise required by law. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where StudyAny is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction will reside in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
