Things happen—here's how to move or cancel a confirmed session while respecting the mentor's policy.

Check the cancellation window

Most mentors allow free changes up to 24 hours before start time. The specific window lives under Policies on each listing.

Go to Profile → Bookings → Upcoming → Select the session → Reschedule.

Pick a new time or request a cancellation with reason. The mentor is notified instantly.
