Each listing includes detailed agenda, prep work required, what you'll receive, cancellation policy, and mentor's response time.

Read the 'What you receive' section carefully to understand deliverables. Check the cancellation policy to know refund eligibility windows.

View the mentor's availability calendar and select a time that works for you. All times are displayed in your local timezone automatically.

If no slots are available, you can request the mentor to open more availability or add yourself to a waitlist for future slots.

Payment is processed through StudyAny's secure escrow system. Funds are held in escrow until the session completes successfully, protecting both you and the mentor.

You can pay using your wallet balance (if you have funds deposited) or a credit card. If using wallet, the amount is deducted immediately and held. If using a card, an authorization hold is placed.

Funds remain in escrow (HOLD_L1) during the session. After completion, the hold transitions to HOLD_L2 and funds are released to the mentor 24 hours later if no disputes are filed.

After booking, you can share your goals, questions, or files with the mentor through the session agenda panel. This helps them prepare and deliver a more personalized experience.

You'll receive reminder notifications 24 hours and 1 hour before your session. Make sure your video conferencing setup is ready.
